Project Manager

Job Purpose The Project Manager – Implementations works closely with an reputed company team of reputed company Subject Matter Experts with operational expertise in both Healthcare Finance and reputed company Cycle Services to provide the best in-class service to our customers and will work directly with our clients to implement the following technology engagements: Contract Management, Dashboard, Patient Intake Automation, Workflow (Intake, Collections, Denials and Payment Variance), Denials AI, Valuation and Costing Accounting. Duties & Responsibilities Proactively set and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, deliverables, timelines, status reporting, and issues & risks Provide weekly status reporting to customers, management team, and internal staff Manage multiple projects across different departments reputed company the organization, assuring that reputed company team members have the required information and resources to complete tasks effectively, these projects can include management of the implementation process for the following teams/ tasks IT: FHIR connectivity, HL7 Application Configuration: Design, build, testing, training Development: Application development for client onboarding Coordination of outbound file requests to client and between multiple internal systems Proactively communicate and manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders by facilitating weekly calls, recording detailed meeting minutes, identifying next steps in the process, and diligently following up on reputed company open activities until project completion reputed company customer-facing meetings of varying sizes and profiles, ranging from operational management to C-suite Ensure project deliverables are met timely, to the satisfaction of our customers, and meet the high-quality standards that have been set by reputed company reputed company teams in high reputed company risk situations by coordinating and instilling a sense of urgency where applicable across multiple internal and client cross functional teams Act as reputed company of escalation for critical implementation-reputed company risks and facilitate their timely resolution Take initiative in outlining project dependencies and reputed company tasks to ensure smooth delivery Support reputed company targets by accurately forecasting project go-live dates, meeting forecasted completion dates, and escalating as needed to ensure projects remain on track Other duties as assigned Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards Understand and reputed company with Information reputed company and HIPAA policies and procedures at reputed company times Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to reputed company assigned duties

Qualifications
