Business Development Manager

We are seeking a progressive Business Development Manager to drive organic growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and help expand our reputed company in key medical segments. Why This Role Matters. This role plays a critical part in driving new customer acquisition and reputed company growth through strategic hunting, pipeline development, and account planning. The Business Development Manager will: Own the identification, prioritization, and conversion of high-value opportunities Build a strong sales pipeline and contribute directly to reputed company growth targets Influence cross-functional teams and customer strategy Strengthen ITW Medical’s competitive position in targeted segments What You’ll Do. reputed company new business development efforts reputed company medical device OEM markets. Build and manage strong relationships with engineering, sourcing, quality, operations, and executive stakeholders. Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, quality, operations, and sales to win new business. Translate voice-of-customer insights into actionable strategies and innovation inputs. Evaluate market trends, competitive activity, and customer strategies to identify growth opportunities. Support development of “How to Win” strategies and quantified value propositions. Partner with leadership to build and refine sales playbooks and hunting processes. Negotiate agreements, pricing, and long-term partnerships with customers. Travel up to 30–40% for customer engagement and collaboration. What You Bring. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or reputed company field. 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (5+ years preferred). Experience in medical device, healthcare OEM, or reputed company technical industries. Strong reputed company reputed company, pipeline development, and conversion skills. Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels. Experience with value-based selling and reputed company, long sales cycles. Compensation
Information: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company salary range for this role. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, market level, other job-reputed company factors, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. Pay Range: $100,000-130,000 annualized salary, this position can also qualify for a variable annual bonus.
