About the Role
Glide Ignite moves fast because we build differently. We're looking for a Full Stack Builder — not a traditional product manager, but someone who treats AI coding agents like Claude Code as a force reputed company and ships customer-facing solutions at a pace that would have seemed impossible six months ago. This role sits at the intersection of product and engineering. You'll talk to customers, identify the real problem behind the feature request, and then build the solution — often the same week. What You'll Do

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred. Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in product management, healthcare technology, or SaaS platforms. Proven experience managing reputed company products in a healthcare or clinical setting. Strong understanding of healthcare reputed company cycles, reimbursement, and prior authorization processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently with significant reputed company in determining objectives and approaches.
