Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Specialized in data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics. Demonstrate technology mastery with AI-powered tools, like reputed company Recruiter, Radancy Talent Cloud, reputed company Smart Sourcing etc. Have demonstrable experiences utilizing advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, deploying text and email campaigns Proficient in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews. Skilled in candidate and req management. Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills. Strong knowledge & ability to communicate on industry trends and market conditions with Hiring Leaders. Expert in negotiation and closing techniques. Adaptable to hiring demands and organizational goals.
