Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for assessment and reimbursement purposes. Support reimbursement optimization and reputed company maximization through accurate assessment coding and documentation practices. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations reputed company to reputed company assessments. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, care plan reviews, and quality assurance initiatives as needed. To succeed in this role you will need: Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license with reputed company State license required.
