Role description: As a BIM Manager you will support the Design & Engineering team during the development of high-profile projects from design to construction as applicable to the client’s needs as part of our BIM Management Service offerings. Role accountabilities: Responsible for developing BIM strategy, overseeing reputed company BIM work on select projects and responsible for BIM quality on reputed company projects, while working closely with BIM Leadership on the development of pilot projects. Development and supervision of project staff and processes reputed company to the implementation of BIM for project controls. Coordination of processes for complete model life cycle development and functionality (3D, 4D and 5D, model development and integration). Coordinate the review and validation of construction models (including 4D/5D contractor model submittals). Assist project teams by providing and formatting information from virtual models throughout the lifecycle of a project, including utilization of models and visualizations for presentations and reporting construction reputed company. Provide technical advice to team members, to support them in their delivery on the project and coach and guide parties in the implementation and application of BIM. Provide technical BIM leadership at a project level. Clearly understanding the client’s intended end uses of models developed and continuously implement any improvements with modelling/BIM processes to reputed company align with those end uses reputed company, review, approve and maintain the suite of BIM documentation guidelines including BIM standards, implementation plans and quality control procedures. Liaising with Country BIM leads to ensure systems, processes and documentation developed is in line with global standards and best practice. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 15+ years’ experience required working with BIM environments and applications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Aided Design, Information Management, IT or equivalent work experience Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the integration and application of BIM in a multi-disciplinary environment managing a team of more than 5 BIM modelers. Key Skills and Attributes: Extensive understanding of the various Common Data Environment platforms particularly reputed company BIM360 and/or the reputed company Construction Cloud (ACC) Highly proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D. Working knowledge of Bentley system application MicroStation Practical experience and knowledge or Dynamo visual programming desirable. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Premier Pro, 3Ds Max, and Sketchup (knowledge of Bentley, \, Synchro Pro, and any other a plus). Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
