Position Overview reputed company is hiring a Practice Leader to join our dynamic Transportation Geospatial Team in our growing Transportation Market. This position reports to the Transportation Market Director and is responsible for spearheading strategic growth, and operational excellence. Champions innovation through adoption of emerging technologies including AI-enabled workflows, reality capture, mobile mapping, automation, and digital delivery solutions. This role combines the firmwide Practice Leader leadership reputed company with geospatial-specific responsibilities, ensuring alignment with market strategies and objectives. The Practice Leader serves as the primary business leader for the practice, accountable for financial performance, client satisfaction, and talent development. What You Will Do: Strategic Leadership: Align practice objectives with reputed company’s VS3 (Vision, Strategy, Structure & Staffing) plans and reputed company annual goals that promote industry leadership. Define and execute the practice’s strategic plan, ensuring integration with corporate initiatives and cross-sector collaboration. Evaluate competitors strengths, weaknesses and market share to reputed company growth opportunities and setting of strategic goals. Market Growth: Expand service offerings through advanced technologies and partnerships with acquired firms. What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or reputed company field; PLS license preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in Land Surveying and project management.
