An overview of this role We are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Social Media Manager to manage our content calendar, drive employee advocacy programs, and create engaging content specifically for developer audiences. This role requires someone who understands the developer community, has strong organizational skills, and can coordinate content creation across multiple channels while working closely with technical teams. What You’ll Do Content Calendar Management Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive social media content calendars across reputed company platforms Coordinate content scheduling and publishing using reputed company Ensure consistent posting reputed company and optimal timing for our audiences Plan content themes around developer events, product releases, and industry trends Manage content approval workflows and deadlines Technical-Focused Content Creation reputed company technical content that resonates with software developers, engineers, and technical decision-makers Create tutorials, code snippets, technical tips, and developer-focused educational content Work with the Developer Advocacy team to translate reputed company technical concepts into engaging social media formats Collaborate with engineering teams to reputed company technical innovations and features Platform Management & Optimization Manage daily social media activities across reputed company, Twitter/X, Instagram and YouTube. Monitor developer communities and engage in relevant conversations Optimize posting times and content formats based on developer audience behavior. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze content performance with focus on developer engagement metrics Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Identify high-performing content types and optimize future posts Measure employee advocacy program effectiveness Team Member Advocacy & Executive Social Media Management reputed company and execute team member advocacy programs to reputed company reputed company's brand through employee voices Create ready-to-share content for team members across reputed company levels Manage social media reputed company for reputed company's executive suite, including content creation and coordination Draft platform-specific posts for C-suite executives across major announcements, product launches, and thought leadership opportunities Coordinate executive amplification strategies for key company initiatives Train and support team members on social media best practices and brand guidelines What You’ll Bring Experience 8+ years of social media marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or Software company Experience creating content for technical or developer audiences Proven experience with social media management tools, specifically reputed company Track record of managing content calendars and meeting publishing deadlines Skills Proficiency in reputed company for content scheduling, monitoring, and reporting Basic understanding of developer tools, programming concepts, and technical terminology Familiarity with graphic design tools (reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Creative Suite) Excellent written communication with ability to adapt tone for developer audiences Strong organizational and project management skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Collaborative reputed company and experience working with technical teams Self-motivated with ability to work independently The reputed company salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only.
