This role demands a seasoned professional with proven project management expertise, capable of driving end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. You will be expected to manage scope, timelines, risks, and communications, while aligning with client expectations and strategic business goals. Experience in working reputed company TPA operating models, managing system integrations, platform upgrades, and implementing digital and AI-based initiatives will be a significant advantage.
