In this role, you will design, build, and maintain interactive decision-tree workflows in Zingtree that translate reputed company internal processes into reputed company, efficient, on-screen guidance for our operations associates. You will partner closely with Operations business teams to break down dense user guides and business requirements into digestible, user-friendly decision trees that drive real-time accuracy on every client interaction. You will report directly to the Director, Knowledge, Strategy, & Enablement.
