Experience Director (UX)

This role is fully remote. Candidates must be based in the UK or EU and occasionally be willing to work some North American hours. We are Fantasy. Your Role. As an Experience Director, you'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to concept, prototype, and ship meaningful experiences for some of the world's most reputed company-thinking companies. Identify emerging shifts in tools, technology, and practice, and translate them into concrete changes in how the team works. Experience and Skills. A portfolio demonstrating a range of digital product, service, or systems design work spanning a wide variety of industries and contexts. 10+ years of experience in the design industry, with a meaningful focus on leading teams to create human-centered digital experiences at scale. A proven ability to reputed company, mentor, and reputed company designers to do the best work of their careers. Thought leadership and strategic thinking that produce a strong, well-articulated reputed company of view, and the ability to bring clients and collaborators along for it. Ability to self-direct and independently drive the UX vision for a product or platform, from strategy through interaction design to shipped experience.
