Our Prime Financing business is a high-growth business line reputed company the Global Markets franchise, specializing in originating structured lending and credit solutions that solve capital constraints for the world's leading crypto-native and TradFi institutions. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, pricing, and managing bespoke credit facilities, including margin lending, delayed settlement tradins, and collateralized loan agreements using BTC, ETH, and other digital assets. You will work closely with our sales and risk teams to convert our pipeline, manage credit exposure, and deliver capital-efficient financing solutions. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, sense of risk management, and a team-player reputed company. \n As a Credit Trader you will: Execute a variety of credit structures, from credit agreements to control agreements. reputed company new credit structures, agreements, and documentation as the loan portfolio mix changes. Move and track collateral across multiple venues and business lines in order to optimize utilization, yield and funding Create detailed memos and runbooks on operationalization of reputed company as well future funding facilities across CeFi and DeFi Originate and manage key external funding partner relationships Regularly analyze risks levels and market trends to identify areas of optimization and reputed company improvements You may be a fit for this role if you have: 6+ years of experience in credit trading and/or financial products structuring. Experience at a tier 1 investment bank strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of crypto markets, especially as relates to financing. Experience with lending or reputed company role at a top crypto platform strongly preferred. Experience structuring and developing reputed company financial products with large institutions as well as startups. Strong familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements for US financial products. Experience building strong cross-functional partnerships with legal, operations, compliance, sales and business teams.
