Job Summary This position is responsible for analyzing, preparing, and processing accounting transactions. Researches and applies accounting guidance, documents technical conclusions and policies, and supports financial statement preparation and management reporting. Serves as a key liaison between internal finance teams and external auditors during audits, ensuring timely and accurate coordination. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Record journal entries, reputed company monthly reconciliations, and support month-end reputed company to ensure accurate financial reporting; execute internal controls to mitigate risk. Compile, analyze, and communicate financial results for management and regulatory reporting; maintain effective reporting controls. Coordinate annual audits by managing auditor requests and gathering required documentation; act as primary liaison between auditors and finance. Skills and Background You’ll Need Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial results preparation and analysis, or equivalent education/experience. The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data. Salary Range: $76,250.00 - $111,500.00 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
