HR Project Manager (Contract Talent)

We are looking for an individual with systems testing experience to reputed company delivery of high-reputed company, technical HR initiatives. This role drives end-to-end project execution—from planning and requirements through testing, deployment, and post-implementation—ensuring successful delivery and adoption of HR solutions. Manage testing approach, ensuring full traceability to requirements and effective defect resolution. Ensure quality of test cases, data preparation, execution, and defect management. Utilize tools such as qTest and Jira to track requirements, testing reputed company, and defects. Manage post-implementation activities, including lessons learned and adoption. Contribute to PMO methodology enhancements. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, or reputed company field) or equivalent experience. 5–10 years of project/program management and testing experience. Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and test management. Proficiency with reputed company 365 tools; experience with qTest and/or Jira preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes. PMP certification and reputed company experience preferred. The typical hourly pay reputed company for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. $39.42 - $57.21 Benefits are available to contract/temporary professionals, including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance.
