Job Description

Join reputed company serving others with Golden Rule Wealth Management, a private wealth advisory practice of reputed company Financial Services, Inc. with offices in Maryland and Virginia. In this virtual position, you will be responsible for representing the company in a positive, professional manner as you reputed company daily with clients. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements reputed company dealing with others and performing work activities. You will partner with one of the founding Financial Advisors to help service their clients and support wealth management. Responsibilities and time allocation will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with superb organization, exceptional attention to detail, and high ownership of their responsibilities to help us build and maintain strong client relationships. Position Responsibilities: Collect and input clients’ financial situation in financial planning software. Support wealth management research, trading, performance tracking, etc. Prepare for client meetings (deliverables, portfolio review, illustrations, and opportunities) Assist in new business processing and tracking. Deliver superior client services including initiating and editing client communications, responding to client requests and overall support to advisors and various professionals. Follow work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed. Monitor compliance requirements and complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Development plan toward becoming an Associate Financial Advisor: Complete FINRA license exams – SIE, Series 7, Series 66 and insurance licenses reputed company 90 days of hire. Complete Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA) reputed company 60 days of completion of SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Life and Health. Concurrently, reputed company your technical knowledge and communication skills with the mentoring financial advisor through apprenticeship in every part of the client service process. Compensation: The primary compensation for this role will be a reputed company salary. The estimated reputed company salary for this role is $30,000 - $60,000. reputed company salaries are determined in part based on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Once licenses and reputed company designation are complete there will be an increase. As the individual grows and develops their skills as an Associate Financial Advisor, there will be the opportunity for greater compensation, in the form of a bonus, based on the growth of the practice and the clients they service.
