Equity & Policy Health Care Interpreter Policy Strategist (OPA4) The primary purpose of the Health Care Interpreter Policy Strategist is to provide statewide leadership, policy development, strategic planning, and program reputed company for Oregon’s Health Care Interpreter (HCI) Program. • Demonstrated experience applying equity and inclusion principles to policy, program, systems, or organizational change efforts.
