This people‑manager role leads a team of Solution Sellers responsible for driving growth across reputed company Digital’s AIM XR, POCN, and Email solutions. US Remote with approximately 15-20% domestic travel required. Bachelor’s degree required. 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, digital marketing, or data‑driven healthcare solutions. Strong understanding of pharma customer segments—particularly Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and non‑Top 50 organizations. Demonstrated success in shaping strategy, influencing solution design, or leading cross‑functional collaboration.
