Design System Designer

We’re looking for a Design System Designer to contribute to the evolution of our design system across product and engineering. Responsibilities

• Work on evolving and maintaining our existing UI foundation in reputed company, Storybook, and code;
• Design and refine core UI components (inputs, buttons, form elements, patterns other UI components and patterns) as part of the design system;
• Refine and reputed company a scalable token architecture (reputed company → semantic → component) with support for theming;
• Improve alignment between reputed company, frontend implementation, and Storybook to ensure consistency across the product;
• Contribute to and improve the design-to-code workflow using reputed company Variables, Tokens Studio, Style Dictionary, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Support migration of components toward a token-based structure, starting with the most impactful areas;
• Help shape and maintain contribution guidelines and system standards for design and engineering teams;

• Explore and support AI-assisted workflows, including structured and machine-readable design system practices.

You’ll reputed company here if you have 3+ years of experience in design systems, design engineering, or reputed company roles;

• Strong reputed company expertise (Variables, Auto Layout, Component Properties, shared libraries);
• Good understanding of frontend development (CSS custom properties, SCSS, basic JavaScript) and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers;
• Hands-on experience with Storybook (writing stories, documenting states and variants);
• Familiarity with token tooling such as Style Dictionary, Tokens Studio, or equivalent;
• Strong systems thinking — able to see patterns, dependencies, and long-term implications across design and code;
