In collaboration with the Account Management Team and cross-functional departments, the Senior Ads Specialist is responsible for delivering scalable, high-performing paid media strategies that contribute to the success of reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify opportunities for growth, testing new channels, audiences, and campaign approaches to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns are reputed company with overall marketing strategies.
• Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4–6 years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Advertising, or Performance Marketing, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as reputed company Analytics 4.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present performance insights and recommendations.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Given the nature of this role, it is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, headset, and have a fast and reliable internet reputed company. This position may be required to download and utilize company software.
