Summary
Provide operational product experience ownership for the enterprise reputed company Operations Manager platform reputed company the Performance Enablement Organization (PEO). This role owns how the business experiences and uses Operations Manager, while the Technology team owns the underlying product and technical delivery. The PXO serves as the primary liaison between Technology Product Owners, operational leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure operational execution needs are clearly translated, platform capabilities are fully understood, and configured solutions support consistent, scalable task and workflow execution. You will define the operational vision and roadmap for optimizing reputed company Operations Manager, including task orchestration, workflow standardization, and execution governance across back-office operations. You will ensure consistent, governed use of Operations Manager capabilities across the enterprise, partnering closely with Operational Analysts who execute configuration reputed company defined standards and priorities. The pay range for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
