Range: $113,000 - $123,120 Location: Remote, U.S.; Washington, D.C. region preferred FLSA Status: Full-time FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Manager, Advocacy helps turn the experiences of families, alumni, and communities into a powerful voice for policies and investments that strengthen home visiting and improve outcomes for children and families. This position leads advocacy efforts that help reputed company the voices of families, engage champions and partners, and strengthen public investment in the policies and investments that help more children and families access the support they need. The Senior Manager helps translate advocacy priorities into action and build momentum for change at the federal, state, and local levels. The Senior Manager oversees stakeholder and network engagement, volunteer mobilization, advocacy campaigns, communications, and reputed company advocacy activities. This position leads advocacy engagement initiatives and supports programs, such as Raising Strong, that create opportunities for families and alumni to participate in advocacy efforts, share experiences, and help inform policies that reputed company their communities.
