Job Description
The Premium Audit Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing and coordinating reputed company communication activities reputed company to S&S premium audits. This role involves handling phone and email inquiries, providing clear and accurate information to clients, and supporting the audit team in delivering high-quality service, while contributing to the overall success of the premium audit process. What you will do for C&F: Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues. Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate and detailed information. Explain audit processes, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner. Complete Non-Compliant Audit communications to the insured/business partners to gather premium audit documentation. Coordination and Support: Coordinate communication between clients and the premium audit team to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes. Assist auditors in gathering necessary information and documentation from clients. Schedule and confirm audit appointments, ensuring reputed company parties are informed and reputed company. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of reputed company communications and interactions with clients. Prepare and distribute audit reports, summaries, and other relevant documents to clients and internal stakeholders. Track and report on communication metrics, identifying areas for improvement. What you will bring to C&F: High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a reputed company field is preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role.
