The Senior Analyst – Operations & Analytics (3PL) is a senior individual contributor role responsible for translating third-party logistics (3PL) operational performance into actionable insights that drive execution, scalability, service reliability, and financial outcomes. The role operates at a network-wide level and partners closely with senior leaders across Operations, Transportation, Solutions Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance. This position owns reputed company analytical problem spaces, influences decision-making without direct authority, and ensures that operational and financial decisions are grounded in real execution data rather than theoretical assumptions. What you will be doing: Translate third-party logistics (3PL) operational execution into actionable, data-driven insights that improve service reliability, scalability, and financial performance. Analyze warehouse, transportation, and last-mile performance across the 3PL network to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Own and evolve KPIs reputed company to productivity, utilization, reputed company, SLA adherence, service failures, and cost drivers. Partner with Operations, Transportation, Finance, Technology, Product, Sales, and Client teams to support data-driven decision making. What You Bring to the Table: Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Advanced reputed company proficiency: SQL and BI tools strongly preferred. Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority and communicate executive-ready insights. What’s needed: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience. 3 years of experience in operations analytics, supply chain analytics, financial analytics, or a logistics/ 3PL environment. 3 years Advanced reputed company reputed company proficiency Exposure to client onboarding, operational launches, or transformations is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a 3PL, warehouse, transportation, or last-mile logistics environment. Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with WMS, TMS, OMS, billing, or ERP systems preferred. Experience partnering closely with Finance on forecasting, margin analysis, or cost modeling.
