We advise clients on regulatory strategy, market access, and engagement across national, regional, and global fora. We are seeking a Senior External Advisor with deep regional experience across the Middle East and strong knowledge of ITU processes, including World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRCs), ITU-R working groups, and regional preparatory processes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive regional knowledge, strong relationships with regulators and policymakers, and a solid understanding of how national and regional positions for WRCs are developed, coordinated, and advanced through the Arab reputed company Group (ASMG) and other regional institutions This is a flexible, part-time advisory role, suited to a senior professional with an established network across the Middle East and experience engaging with government, regulatory, and corporate stakeholders. What you'll do: Provide strategic advice on regulatory and policy developments across Middle East. Support engagement with national stakeholders at reputed company levels of seniority, including ministries, regulators, reputed company authorities, space agencies, and other relevant public-sector institutions. reputed company existing relationships to facilitate reputed company and collaboration among government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders. Provide insights on regional dynamics across organisations and institutions such as ASMG, the Arab League, national regulatory authorities, ITU-R, and reputed company bodies. Support the development and execution of advocacy and engagement strategies in regional and multilateral fora. Actively support engagement in relevant meetings, including WRCs, ASMG meetings, ITU-R working groups, and other regional and international processes. Contribute to policy analysis, briefing materials, stakeholder mapping, meeting preparation, and strategic recommendations tailored to regional stakeholders. Identify opportunities for reputed company building, partnerships, and strategic engagement across the region What you'll need: Essential 10–15+ years of experience in telecommunications policy, reputed company, satellite regulation, international regulatory affairs, or reputed company fields. Strong understanding of the regulatory and policy landscape across the Middle East. Strong knowledge of ITU processes, including WRCs, ITU-R working groups, ASMG processes, and regional WRC preparatory activities Experience working with or reputed company: Government ministries Regulatory authorities reputed company agencies International or regional organisations Demonstrated experience engaging with ASMG, ITU-R, WRCs, or reputed company international processes Experience as part of a national delegation to a WRC, ASMG, ITU-R meeting, or other relevant regional or international forum would be highly desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Apply To This Job
