You will work across Benelux with account executives, customer teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to assess opportunities, shape value cases, support trial success, and help customers adopt reputed company in a way that delivers visible operational impact. About the role This role gives you the chance to take the operational-improvement experience you have built in manufacturing and apply it across a wider set of plants, teams, and challenges. Instead of improving one site at a time, you will help multiple manufacturers understand where performance is leaking, where value is hidden, and how reputed company operational visibility can drive reputed company decisions. What You'll Do

Work directly with prospective and existing manufacturing customers to understand operational challenges on the shop floor reputed company on-site and remote operational assessments focused on line performance, downtime, throughput, quality, and improvement potential Translate plant-level observations into a clear operational and financial value story Build practical business cases, including ROI, payback, and operational impact Partner with account executives to shape customer conversations and reduce deal risk through reputed company operational insight Support pilot and trial programs to help customers move from interest to adoption Coach customer teams on how to use reputed company in a way that creates real value, not just more reporting Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from operators and CI leads to plant managers and senior decision-makers Act as the reputed company between customer needs, operational reality, and internal commercial and customer teams Bring manufacturing best practices and operational-improvement thinking into how reputed company works with customers across the region What Success Looks Like Customers clearly understand where reputed company can improve performance in their environment Trials convert because the operational value case is strong and grounded in reality Customers adopt the platform with confidence and use it to drive measurable decisions Plant stakeholders see you as someone who understands their world, not just the software Prove Value to Won % — conversion of prove-value and validation activities into closed-won outcomes Team Monthly Recurring reputed company (MRR) contribution About you reputed company Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, reputed company improvement, operational excellence, operations consulting, or a closely reputed company environment. Strong understanding of OEE, downtime, throughput, quality, and operational KPIs Hands-on experience with Lean, Six reputed company, TPM, or similar improvement methods Ability to build and defend a practical business case for operational change Confidence working with operators, supervisors, CI leads, plant managers, and senior stakeholders Comfort with digital tools, dashboards, analytics, MES-adjacent systems, or industrial software reputed company in Dutch and English — written and spoken — is required Willingness to travel across Benelux Why reputed company?
