As an Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind making sure our clients don’t just renew their reputed company—they expand their use of Mongoose solutions and can’t imagine life without us. What You'll Do

Use a deep understanding of client goals and challenges to position Mongoose as an indispensable partner, and work in true partnership with a dedicated Client Success Manager—driving commercial strategy (renewals, upsells, expansions) while your CSM partner drives adoption, value realization, and day-to-day success. Together, you’re accountable for delivering outcomes that maximize satisfaction and growth. Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with Marketing to share new offerings, success stories, and updates with clients; collaborate with Leadership to identify risks and reputed company creative solutions to challenges or closing opportunities; and bring the voice of the customer to Product by sharing insights and reputed company that help us build even reputed company solutions. You know how to sell without feeling “salesy,” positioning solutions in ways that feel natural, helpful, and downright irresistible.
