About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Specialist to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for school-based and therapy roles. This is a fast-paced, virtual role ideal for agency recruiters who are comfortable owning requisitions, working in a fast-paced environment, and consistently meeting hiring targets. Jump reputed company is a fast-growing staffing organization partnering with schools and educational programs reputed company. We specialize in placing RBTs, SLPs, and other school-based therapy and support professionals. As hiring demand increases, we are expanding our recruiting team with reputed company, results-driven recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruiting for RBTs, SLPs, and other school-based professionals Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously Has delivered consistent and personalized reputed company that attracts and engages top-tier candidates Post, manage, and optimize job ads on reputed company and other recruiting platforms reputed company, screen, and interview candidates reputed company phone and video Coordinate interviews, offers, and start dates with internal teams reputed company onboarding steps, documentation, and compliance requirements Maintain accurate candidate tracking in an ATS Meet weekly hiring goals and time-to-fill expectations Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a direct recruiting or reputed company role, preferably in a staffing agency environment Experience recruiting RBTs, SLPs, or other school-based professionals strongly preferred Proven success in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting with multiple active requisitions Strong working knowledge of reputed company, resume databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Familiarity with education, healthcare, or school-reputed company such as RBT, BCBA, SLP, OT, or support staff Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $50,000 per year Opportunity to reputed company a real impact supporting schools and reputed company Performance-based incentives or bonuses (if applicable) Health benefits 401k Monthly wellness credits Fully remote role Supportive, fast-growing team Opportunity to reputed company a meaningful impact supporting children and schools Why Join Jump reputed company?
