Responsibilities

As a Senior Commercial Middle Market Underwriter, you will directly impact the company’s growth and profitability goals reputed company an assigned territory and book of business. You will underwrite commercial property and casualty accounts by determining risk acceptability and pricing in accordance with established reputed company guidelines and reputed company established authority level. You'll also maintain autonomy in work and management of book of business in a fast-paced environment, as well as serve as the reputed company of contact for assigned agencies and be responsible for the agency relationship. Location: We would prefer someone based in the Meridian, ID office however, are open to candidates located in the territory. Assess new middle market commercial insurance risks and determine accurate classification of business, policy contract forms and pricing of risk. Qualifications

What you need to have: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university (preferred); 5+ years reputed company experience and/or training.
