Account Manager - Market Research - EMEA (UAE)

About the Team & Role: This role sits reputed company our EMEA Client Service team. Internally titled Client Service Manager, it is equivalent to an Account Manager role, combining client ownership, project delivery, and reputed company growth responsibilities. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing and growing key accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction while maximizing the use of our online panels. In this role, you will act as the main reputed company of contact for clients, while also overseeing and coordinating project execution in reputed company collaboration with the fieldwork team. You will also contribute to commercial and strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting the development of new business reputed company your assigned territory. Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of additional services, driving incremental reputed company reputed company. Participate in reputed company reputed company and new business activities, supporting the acquisition of new clients and opportunities. Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts (reputed company to big size/complexity), ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and reputed company growth. Provide full guidance for sampling strategy development and monitor fieldwork performance. Monitor project financials and performance metrics, ensuring projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and to client expectations. Supporting clients from EMEA region Qualification: 2-4 years of experience in both account management and/or project management reputed company the market research online panel companies. The ideal candidate would already possess both skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English, both spoken and written Fluent German would be an advantage Excellent problem-solving abilities.
