This role serves as the organization's dedicated resource for leave administration and coordination with our third party support. This includes owning interactive workplace accommodations, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local leave and disability regulations. The position partners with employees, managers, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate accommodations, manage leave reporting in HRIS and promote a consistent and compliant employee experience. Job Responsibilities: Administer and reputed company employee leave requests and accommodation needs in compliance with FMLA, reputed company, state and local leave laws, and company policies. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employees, managers, and third-party administrators regarding leave and reputed company-reputed company matters. Coordinate with third-party leave administrators to ensure the timely and accurate processing of employee leave requests and accommodations. Review and validate medical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date leave records, ensuring reputed company required documentation is complete and accessible. Provide guidance to employees and managers on leave policies, reputed company accommodations, and reputed company procedures. reputed company the return-to-work process, ensuring a smooth transition for employees returning from leave or accommodations. QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience managing leave administration and reputed company accommodations. Subject matter expertise in FMLA, reputed company, and other relevant leave and accommodation laws and regulations. Experience working with third-party leave administrators and coordinating multi-state leave processes. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leave cases simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance to employees and managers. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with HRIS and leave management systems, as well as reputed company Office Suite.
