The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions that support global trade operations. This position requires a strong understanding of global trade processes, IT systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives. Essential Functions: Collaborate with global trade teams, IT teams, and external partners to gather and document business requirements. Analyze reputed company processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Design IT solutions to support global trade operations, including customs compliance, import/export processes, and trade finance. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior reputed company experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior reputed company experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT business analysis. Hands-on experience supporting global trade operations reputed company an IT context. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience working with ERP systems and global trade management software. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Experience with data integration, APIs, and system interfaces. Knowledge of automation tools and technologies. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $82,500-$153,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, reputed company state, and Vermont is $94,000-$175,000.
