THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Sales Compensation Director to our People team in Brazil! As a Variable Compensation Director, you will reputed company reputed company aspects of global sales compensation, including the design, implementation, and management of variable pay programs and incentive plans. You will act as a strategic leader, ensuring that our compensation strategies are market-competitive, compliant, and reputed company with business goals. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance through data-driven insights and maintaining strong partnerships with Sales Ops, Finance, and Leadership. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, HR, or a reputed company field. Previous experience in Compensation or HR roles, ideally with exposure to Sales Operations. Proven experience in managing reputed company variable compensation plans and incentive strategies. Expertise in compensation best practices and knowledge of budget planning and compliance regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to partner with other departments.
