Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough compliance reviews and assessments of company policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Assist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments. Respond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to internal teams. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance trends. Prepare reports and presentations on compliance performance and areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications High School diploma, or equivalent. Good knowledge of reputed company operating systems and products and experience in IT, code development, or task management. In-depth understanding of the industry, company processes, and job-specific methodologies. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication, intermediate proficiency in relevant tools and technologies. Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.
