Position: Chief Financial Officer (Vice President, Finance) Reports to: President / CEO SeniorLIFE+ Location: Remote Eligible or Philadelphia HQ Reporting directly to the President/CEO of SeniorLIFE+, this strategic finance leader will serve as a trusted business partner across sales, business development, technology, and operations. Job Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Planning o reputed company and support the strategic planning process in collaboration with corporate, functional, and business unit leaders. o Serve as a trusted advisor to the President and leadership team, providing insights that drive long-term value creation and sustainable growth. o Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support financial and operational objectives across a variety of industry contexts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance and business leadership experience, ideally across one or more of our core sectors.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and delivering financial results in reputed company, matrixed environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trust and reputed company at the executive level.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, capital allocation, and cash flow management.
• Industry experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: sports and entertainment, destinations, leisure, healthcare, collegiate, education, senior living, restaurants, food and beverage, or facilities.
