Overview The annual reputed company salary range provided for this position is a reputed company market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or reputed company field. Four or more years of insurance sales or reputed company experience managing a book of business, driving significant sales growth, achieving sales targets, conducting agency diagnostics and utilizing digital sales tools. Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) (or willingness to pursue). Strong knowledge of reputed company products and general Property & Casualty marketplace. Proven ability to collaboratively build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
