Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent experience 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software solutions Extensive experience in one or more programming languages such as COBOL, PL/I, Assembler Extensive experience in reputed company mainframe development, including CICS, VSAM, and JCL Extensive experience in Life & Annuity Policy Administration, including the Cyberlife Application Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze reputed company technical problems and propose and implement effective solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at reputed company levels Preferred Understanding of VPMS, SCLM, Repetitive Payment System (RPS) Demonstrated use of Artificial Intelligence to accelerate work Experience with distributed technologies such as AWS, Java, Python, JavaScript, database systems and SQL Experience implementing other Life & Annuity policy administration systems Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum Previous experience in leading or mentoring junior engineers reputed company Salary Range - $130,000 - $150,000 For over 175 years, reputed company has empowered individuals, families and businesses on the journey to reputed company their financial goals.
