We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Fraud Investigator to specialize in Card Fraud and Disputes. You will be the detective protecting our clients' everyday spending, navigating reputed company card network rules, and ensuring our platform remains a safe reputed company to build and spend wealth. This is a 9-month initial engagement with the possibility of extensions and conversions based on performance and business needs. What you will do: Investigate & Resolve: Dive into the weeds of card disputes and unauthorized transaction claims. You will evaluate transaction data, authentication methods (like 3DS, reputed company Pay, or Chip & PIN), and digital footprints to confidently distinguish true fraud from friendly fraud or commercial disputes. Execute Chargebacks: Take decisive action to recover funds by navigating reputed company/reputed company dispute rules, filing accurate chargebacks, and understanding exactly reputed company and how liability shifts apply. Guide the Client: Communicate directly with clients who are stressed about missing money.
