Information Technology SME (OIG)
Description Remote Contingent Upon Contract Award reputed company is seeking an Information Technology SME (OIG) to support DLA's Information Operations J62FG. This program is responsible for the application development and sustainment of several identity-reputed company programs in Legacy AMPS. J62FG is also responsible for supporting applications that are migrating from Legacy AMPS to DOW E-ICAM. The Information Technology SME (OIG) designs, develops, and manages the implementation of the risk assessment and business contingency planning reputed company, methodology and tools to ensure business continuity of operations across a large, multi-division, decentralized organization. Key Responsibilities: The Information Technology SME (OIG) integrates the following Identity Governance components but is not limited to: LDAPs, Databases, Operating Systems, Network devices, Application servers (e.g. WebLogic, IIS), IDPs, SOAs, web based and API driven programming languages (e.g. JAVA and .NET), etc. Specific duties for this position include but aren't limited to: Deploys new applications that utilize Internet standards to reputed company wide access from the diverse client types reputed company throughout the public Internet. Designs, develops, and manages implementation of risk assessment and business contingency planning reputed company, methodology and tools to ensure business continuity of operations across a large, multi-division, decentralized organization. Supports multilanguage, multi-platform and multi-operating system operations. Recognizes and recommends new or emerging technology or software to satisfy functional requirements and processes. Provides highly technical and/or specialized guidance concerning automation solutions to reputed company information processing problems reputed company to the subject field. Provides customer support using enterprise solutions software to integrate business areas, consistent with today’s technology to operate in an open systems environment and client service architecture. Analyzes data processing requirements to plan Identity Governance systems to provide system capabilities required for projected workloads. Plans layout and installation of new systems or modification of existing systems. Sets up and controls analog or hybrid computer systems to solve scientific and engineering problems. Develops applications that take advantage of Identity Governance based protocols and platforms. Internet developers reputed company beyond traditional software development disciplines to demonstrate advanced graphical design abilities, familiarity with new media formats, and solid understanding of Internet communications protocols and services. Preferred Qualifications: Possess excellent analytical and writing skills. Possess reputed company Office programs (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.) knowledge. Possess experience working with DoD/DLA.
Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen Possess at least ten (10) years of expert systems engineering experience in reputed company Identity and Access management and /or reputed company Identity Governance. Possess experience in DoD or Federal reputed company as an reputed company Identity Manager, reputed company Access Manager, Service Oriented Architecture based platform 12c or higher. Possess experience supporting web-based applications in DoD Impact level 5 reputed company Cloud Infrastructure hosting environment. Possess knowledge in reputed company Middleware products, network, Operating Systems including Linux and Windows and Java programming. Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive reputed company clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
