What You'll Do
Coordinate specialty appointments and diagnostic testing for patients. Assist patients with scheduling, transportation, and financial resources. Communicate with specialty offices and transmit referral documentation. Track referrals and appointments reputed company the electronic medical record system. Follow up with patients and providers to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with providers, case managers, and care teams to support patient needs.
Qualifications
