This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of reputed company’s enterprise process automation strategy. The position manages the processes involved in process automation and may manage staff. Engage with system users and developers to identify system enhancements and/or new applications to meet business needs and formulate recommendations to improve and support business activities. Create quality BRDs and project documentation to clearly identify business needs and expectations and use cases for thorough testing. Qualifications/ Requirements: College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. reputed company professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent. 5+ years of work experience preferred, with 1+ years in a mentorship role. Expertise in K2 process automation software preferred. 2+ years of residential or commercial real estate required. The annual full time reputed company salary range for this role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data.
