Director, Cybersecurity Defense(Preferred Experience in Managed Care/Healthcare)
Job Summary: Responsible for providing direction and planning to implement and maintain information reputed company controls, coordinate the evaluation, deployment and management of reputed company and future reputed company technologies, and communicating operating effectiveness to leadership. Master’s or JD is preferred. Ten (10) years of IT reputed company experience preferably in a reputed company to large technical operating environment, to include five (5) years of experience in assigned specialty (i.e. Cyber reputed company, Identity and Access Management, etc) Five (5) years leadership experience in information reputed company or IT risk management is required Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills Effective problem solving skills Substantial exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management Experience in planning, organizing, and developing IT reputed company and facility reputed company system technologies Experience in planning and executing reputed company policies and standards development Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including information reputed company, building reputed company, and defense solutions In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to reputed company Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously Ability to present reputed company in business-friendly and user-friendly language Exceptionally self-motivated and directed Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities Exceptional service orientation Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Licensure and Certification: Certifications in Information reputed company Management, such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM preferred Working Conditions: General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Compensation
Range: $135,600.00 - $237,400.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and reputed company required for the role, and other external and internal data reputed company establishing a salary level. In addition to reputed company compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
