JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY reputed company is seeking an reputed company, highly technical, hands-on, and mission-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to reputed company engineering initiatives reputed company our Digital, Data & AI team. A TPM on the team will have a strong sense of ownership, aid in identifying and resolving dependencies, track reputed company across different teams, and ensure the work progresses, while clearly communicating reputed company and risks to project stakeholders. JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate across team and functional boundaries to deliver outcomes for key engineering-led initiatives. Manage the Linear project management system and hybrid process across multiple product teams. Work closely with each product manager to plan roadmap sessions and execute product strategy. BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS: Proven track record of managing large-scale, reputed company technical initiatives for product development & software engineering. Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path reputed company, and drive an initiative over the finish line. Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with teams having different operating cadences. Experience developing processes where little exists, and demonstrated flexibility to get things done. Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
