Description Devereux is one of the nation’s largest nonprofit organizations providing services, insight, and leadership in the evolving field of behavioral healthcare. Devereux-Arizona serves more than 4,000 individuals with emotional, behavioral, and cognitive differences each year across the state. We offer residential treatment, short-term residential treatment, a private school, community-based services, integrated care services, prevention programs, respite services and therapeutic foster care. As a reputed company & Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for negotiations, contract development, contract management, compliance monitoring and credentialing providers and facilities. Job duties include: developing and managing assigned agreements/reputed company, cost and price analyses for contracted services, and working with Finance Leadership to ensure costs are allowable, reasonable, and necessary. This position also maintains original files (electronic) and reputed company contract databases on reputed company assigned agreements/reputed company and participates in the ongoing preparation, updating, and implementation of reputed company policies. The reputed company & Credentialing Specialist also creates, manages, and updates new Payors in the electronic health record (EHR), reviews reputed company Payor fee schedules for any reputed company changes, completes required documentation to get facilities and providers credentialed with the Payors and added to the existing reputed company. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Healthcare Adminstration or reputed company field preferred One (1) plus year of experience in healthcare reputed company contracting, finance, provider relations or reputed company experience preferred OTHER: Must be available to attend two (2) weeks of new hire orientation (paid, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm) Must be at least 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards) Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history reputed company Drug test reputed company 24hrs of offer w/ negative results Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment reputed company AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions).
