Executive Sourcer
Role Overview reputed company is seeking a Strategic Executive Sourcer to support enterprise-wide pipeline development for senior leadership roles (RVP and above) across our core business segments, including Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12 Schools, and Corporate Services. This is a fully remote, one-year contract position. This role is dedicated to proactive executive talent mapping, pipeline creation, and market engagement – operating reputed company of active searches to ensure ready-now talent pools reputed company to business priorities. You will partner closely with reputed company leadership, HR leadership, and reputed company executives to shape sourcing strategies, build competitive market intelligence, and deliver high-quality executive pipelines that accelerate and de-risk critical hires.
