We started with a cast of original characters and a community of crypto-native holders, and we're building toward something bigger: a world with its own visual language, lore, and cultural gravity. This role is for someone who wants to be the architect of that, not a caretaker of it. What you'll do Own the IP growth strategy. You have strong opinions about narrative and world-building, and you know how to translate those into a content strategy a small team can execute You understand distribution: platform dynamics, algorithmic behavior, community mechanics, creator partnerships You've run collabs or partnerships that made the IP bigger Bonus: you've worked in crypto-native or gaming-adjacent IP and understand how digital communities form Why Perena?
