Job Summary: As a Talent Operations Specialist, your role revolves around ensuring the smooth functioning of various processes reputed company to reputed company and management reputed company an organization such as Recruitment Support, Data Management, Process Improvement and overall Employee support. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Recruiters to manage TA processes such as candidate sourcing, recruiting, and the offer process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings and recruitment metrics using HRIS or similar tools Manage recruiting vendors such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. Assist with management of internship programs, including program planning and university engagement. ATS reporting and generating actionable insights from data.
