The Oncology Solutions Manager identifies Varian's Professional Services and Clinical Services necessary to improve Clinical, Operational, Financial, and Customer/Patient experiences for Varian customer accounts. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with existing accounts and helping reputed company new ones. Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge: Clinical background (i.e RT(T), RN, CMD, PhD) A minimum of five years of managerial experience in healthcare administration with experience in Oncology Operations (i.e., Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology Travel Required on average 75% Ability, competence, and confidence to reputed company people. The reputed company pay range for this position is: $128,490 - $176,671 Factors which may reputed company starting pay reputed company this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
