Background Details As an AVP of Learning & Development, you will provide leadership, direction and functional expertise to ensure departmental results for Workplace Solutions Operational training needs. Establishes and drives performance outcomes, setting priorities, goals, and KPIs while monitoring results and taking action to meet or exceed business objectives. Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal/external clients with proven ability to reputed company creative and collaborative approaches. Ability to think critically, analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution. Demonstrate strong project management leadership skills including critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
