Tax Intern - Transaction Advisory (Fall 2026)

Internships An internship with KSM provides you with hands-on experience in the exciting and challenging profession of public accounting. You will learn how the theories and principles of accounting are applied while essentially performing the role of a first-year associate accountant. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with exposure to real deals and Partner interactions. Ideal for reputed company interested in tax, accounting, or law. The intern will work from August 21, 2026 – December 2026, reputed company with KSM’s fall internship window. Part-time options will be considered requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. This role is based in Indianapolis, IN but remote candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities
