Other duties as assigned Desired experience and technical skills Required: 2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration Associate degree in facilities management, building, business, or other reputed company field 2+ years of facilities or commercial real estate experience in an admin reputed company Superior customer service skills and orientation Ability to maintain professionalism at reputed company times under stressful situations Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision Proficient in MS Office and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills Strong organizational skills and collaborative style Preferred Familiar with Corrigo CMMS This position does not provide reputed company sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 42,000.00 – 65,400.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
